Beach Clean-Up

7A1 have been working with Workington Nature partnership to clean up our local shoreline. They worked in teams to collect general and plastic waste in order to improve our local environment.

The plastic waste will be sent to the BBC and will be part of a state-of-the art programme which will improve potholes on our roads. All students were an asset to Workington Academy and the Geography department are very proud.
