Dear Parent/Carer
Find enclosed a copy of the Academy’s uniform information for the next academic year. There are a few minor changes which I would like to draw your attention to:
No trainers of any kind will be permitted in the Academy from September, this includes any type of leather trainers such as Converse or Adidas. When purchasing new footwear for September please do not buy any trainer style footwear for your child. Mobile phone use will be allowed at break and lunchtime in certain areas of the school. If a student uses their phone outside of break and lunch, in lessons or in the corridor, it will be confiscated and returned at the end of the school day. Students who repeatedly use their mobile phones inappropriately will have it confiscated and parents/carers will have to come into school to collect the device.
The vast majority of our students wear their uniform with pride and are a real credit to the Academy.
