On Tuesday a group of students from years 10 to 13 travelled to the University of Cumbria to explore a range of careers related to the emergency services. Students spoke to representatives from a range of careers within the NHS and the police force and had the opportunity to gain an insight into these careers by partaking in a range of activities from performing CPR on dummies to trying out some ‘beer goggles’. All the students had a really valuable experience and we look forward to seeing them embark upon these careers in the future.
