I am writing to all parents with the latest Coronavirus (COVID – 19) guidance.
At Workington Academy we are following Government and Public Health England advice. Below is a link to the latest government information for the public on coronavirus.

Guidance for schools states, that if there is a suspected case of COVID – 19, we do not need to take any special whole-school measures until testing has been carried out.

Throughout the school there is information on hand washing and how to minimise the spread of microbes. All staff and students have full access to hand washing facilities during the day.
