Dear Parent/Carer
I am writing to inform you of our plans for Christmas lunch this year, taking place w/c 12 December 2022.
This year we will offer all students a traditional Christmas lunch including turkey/Quorn fillet, roast potatoes, peas and carrots, pigs in blankets / Quorn sausages, stuffing, Yorkshire pudding, gravy, cranberry sauce, and a choice between mince pie, Christmas pudding or chocolate sponge and custard and a carton of juice.
The cost of the Christmas lunch will be £3.50. For students in receipt of Free Schools Meals there will no additional charge above the normal allocated funds.
All bookings for Christmas Lunch must be completed in advance, via the online form using the link below by 12.00pm on Thursday 8 December.

For students who do not wish to have a Christmas lunch, a reduced service of grab and go food options, including; hot and cold sandwiches and pasta, will be available. Normal pricing / payment arrangements will apply for these items. Alternatively, students may decide to bring a packed lunch.
The service for Christmas lunch will take place over two days w/c 12 December;
- Wednesday 14th December – Lunch A – Year 9, Year 10, Year 11 and Sixth Form
- Thursday 15th December – Lunch B – Year 7 and Year 8
On each of the days above when students are not having Christmas lunch, the usual full lunch menu will be available to them.
