Last week, our Year 8 students The Whitehaven Academy’s interschool robotics competition!
The event was sponsored and supported by Sellafield and STEM. Students from three CET secondaries: The Whitehaven Academy, Workington Academy, and William Howard School, along with St Benedict and St Bees, formed cross-school teams and competed in building robotic arms and remote-controlled buggies.
It was a fun and educational day for everyone involved!
