As the number of confirmed Covid-19 cases increases in the Allerdale region we have decided to take further action to limit the spread of this disease in school.
Workington Academy uses Firely as its VLE (Virtual Learning Environment) to provide parents with essential information about their child.
Workington Academy students are celebrating milestones in their education this week in style.
As part of our baseline assessments for Year 7, students will be sitting Cognitive Ability Tests (CATs) during their lessons in the week beginning Monday 20 September. I have attached a timetable showing when these tests are taking place.
Following our Virtual Open Evening, we are delighted to be able to welcome our Year 6 pupils and families to Workington Academy, giving you the opportunity to come and look around our school building and to meet members of our Senior Leadership Team and Team Year 7 staff.
