Today is about celebrating some of the incredible achievements of our young people. It is for this reason that we like to recognise the individual success stories below and congratulate all the young people on their achievements today and wish them all the very best for the future.
All students who took part in our CET Innovate Competition, were recently awarded Headteacher Recognition Awards from Mr Bedford, including our team of finalists – Jordan, Riley, Laney and Millie from Year 7.

It is with great pride that we announce the triumphant victory of Workington Academy’s Year 8 rugby team in the Cumbria Schools Rugby League Competition.
It was music to our ears to hear that Workington Academy’s radio station has been nominated for two ‘Young Audio Awards’ this year!
