Dear Parent/Carer,
As we are in the midst of GCSE exam season let me take this opportunity to thank you for all of your support with our Year 11 students. I understand the pressure that our young people are under at this time and we know that this is a challenging time for everyone involved.
Time is very precious now and we want to ensure that our students have every opportunity to work closely with teaching staff to prepare as thoroughly as possible for the examinations. Therefore there will be a programme of revision sessions running during half-term:
We appreciate that the students do need some time to “re-charge their batteries” but equally we know that an organised programme of revision and study, during this period of time, is key to success.
Thank you in advance for your support in ensuring attendance at these revision sessions. I look forward to seeing you on the evening of the 27 June for the Year 11 awards. More information will follow regarding the specific arrangements.
