External exam results are available for collection at the following times:

| Year 11 | Thursday 22 August | 8am to 10am |
At these times, school staff will be available to answer any questions you may have about your results.
If students are unable to collect results at these times, they can be collected by a nominated person who has a letter from the student. The letter should clearly state the name of the person collecting the results on the student’s behalf, the name of the student and their candidate number. The letter must be signed and dated by the student. This applies whether the person collecting is a parent/carer, friend or relative. We are unable to release results to anyone other than the student, without a valid permission letter.
Examination results can also be posted to students. If this is required, please hand in an A5 stamped, self-addressed envelope to the main office before the end of term. Results will be posted out on results days.
Alternatively, any result slips not collected at these times will, be passed to the main office, where they can be collected. The main office is open from Monday to Friday, throughout school holidays, between 9:00am and 3:00pm.
When you collect your results, you will be asked to sign a form which asks whether the school can request a copy of your exam scripts from the exam boards. By giving permission for this, the school will be able to check the marking of scripts on your behalf to determine whether a review of marking would be appropriate in any subject.
Examination results cannot be released over the telephone under any circumstances.
