What an incredible day! Sports Fest 2026 was a huge success and truly showcased everything that is special about the Workington Academy community.
Throughout the day, students demonstrated outstanding enthusiasm, determination and respect. Whether competing on the track, taking part in field events, cheering on their friends or helping to run activities, every student played a part in creating an unforgettable event.
The support shown between year groups was fantastic and reflected the strong sense of community we are so proud of at Workington Academy.
Sports Fest was not just about winning medals or points. It was about celebrating participation, friendship, resilience and belonging.
