Rewards Assemblies for Year 7 and 8 took place on Friday 5th May to celebrate student achievements throughout the Spring Term.
Certificates and prizes were awarded to students in order to celebrate their achievements within the classroom – nominated by their subject teachers, 100% attendance and most improved attendance, demonstration of the Workington Academy core values and the winners of the recent ‘Tries’ rewards initiative.
Year 7 and 8 Form Tutors also awarded a special ‘Star of the Term’ award to the most deserving member of their tutor group for the spring term.
Well done to all winners!

Students received individual certificates for classroom achievements as nominated by their subject teachers, Gold Attendance certificates for 100% attendance and Silver Attendance certificates for 98% attendance last term.
