Our Year 11 students came together for a special Leavers’ Assembly to mark the end of their time at Workington Academy.
The assembly was a chance to celebrate their journey through school, reflect on memorable moments, and recognise the friendships, achievements and experiences that have shaped their time with us. Staff and students enjoyed looking back on their years at Workington Academy, with plenty of smiles, laughter and a few emotional moments along the way.
We are incredibly proud of everything our Year 11 students have achieved. They have shown resilience, determination and character throughout their time at school, and especially during the busy exam season.
As they now look ahead to the next exciting stage of their lives, we would like to wish every student the very best for the future. Whether they are moving on to sixth form, college, apprenticeships or other opportunities, they will always be part of the Workington Academy community.
Good luck, Year 11. We are proud of you.
