I would like to remind you of the importance of high attendance at school and ask for your support in ensuring that your child is in school
We are delighted to be able to welcome our Year 6 pupils and families to Workington Academy, giving you the opportunity to come and look around our vibrant and state of the art learning environment.
As a school we have a responsibility to plan for and practice our emergency response. We completed a practice earlier in the year and we are writing to you as parents/carers as we are planning to complete another drill before the end of term.
As I write to you today, with only five school days left of the summer term and this academic year, I am asking for your support to ensure the full attendance of your child at school until the very end of this term, which finishes at 3.05pm on Friday 19th July.
