As a school we have a responsibility to plan for and practice our emergency response. We completed a practice earlier in the year and we are writing to you as parents/carers as we are planning to complete another drill before the end of term.
As I write to you today, with only five school days left of the summer term and this academic year, I am asking for your support to ensure the full attendance of your child at school until the very end of this term, which finishes at 3.05pm on Friday 19th July.

As we approach the penultimate week of this academic year, which is also the CET Be the best you can be week and our own Workington Academy Well-being week, we want to share some information with parents/carers so that you can support your child with getting the most out of this coming week and the events that are taking place.
