As promised, I write to you to provide some further information on our plans for full reopening next week.
As promised, I write to you to provide some further information on our plans for full reopening next week.
A level results day is on Thursday 13 August and results will be available from 8.00am to 11.00am in the Sports Hall.
I am writing to update you on issues relating to GCSE, A-Level and vocational qualifications.
We have reached the end of the academic year and of the most unusual of school terms.
We are delighted to announce that we have had confirmation from the UK Government that they will now support provision for students in receipt of Free School Meals throughout the six-week Summer
Holiday period.
I would just to take this opportunity to thank you all for the support that you have shown throughout this difficult time and to congratulate you all on the continued resilience displayed by our students and families
throughout what has been such an unprecedented time for us all.
We are pleased to offer our current Year 11 the opportunity to purchase leavers’ hoodies.
We are currently making the necessary plans, in line with Government guidance, as to “the possibility of providing some face to face contact with the young people in years 10 and 12 to help them prepare for examinations next year”.
We are writing to you following the announcement on Sunday 10 May by the Prime Minister explaining plans begin to reopen schools from 1 June.
It is the Government’s ambition that students in years 10 and 12 receive some ‘Face to Face’ sessions in school, with a potential start-up date of 1st June.
