Once again, it has been a very busy term at Workington Academy. Despite all the challenges facing the students this term, student behaviour, attitudes and responsibility have been exemplary and in spite of many different and sometimes difficult circumstances, there is much to celebrate across all year groups.
We were delighted to be able to offer all of our students a Christmas lunch free of change this year. This has only been possible due to the generosity of the Workington Community.

Workington Academy has purchased it's own Defibrillator after a great fundraising effort from our Key Stage 3 students and the pupils of both Ashfield Infant and Junior Schools.
