On Tuesday, 27 February, Miss Tweddle, Mrs Wilson and Mr Branthwaite accompanied a group of Year 7 students to Newcastle University who had been selected to take part in their annual ‘UniVenture’ event.
Workington Academy is OPEN to ALL students as usual on Monday, 5 March.
Workington Academy students demonstrated Respect, Responsibility and Resilience at Lakes College last week at a Boccia tournament led by Active Zone staff with assistance from Lakes College Young Leaders.
Year 7 student Josh Bragg and Miss Tweddle – Year 7 DoL, had a very enjoyable afternoon at one of our feeder primary schools on Friday.
February Half-term Intervention Timetable
